My name is Wynelle, and as co-founder of Commissioned and of The 864 Disciple. My work sits at the intersection of Kingdom strategy, discipleship innovation, and uncompromising execution*  Whether I'm teaching Scripture, leading evangelism teams, or designing resources that equip leaders, the goal is always the same: ignite fire, create clarity, provoke movement. I didn't grow up observing transformation — I grew up living it.  Raised in Latin America from age six, I became bilingual in both language and culture. By the age of seven, I was teaching my first children's Sunday School class. By twelve, I was motivational speaking. By sixteen, I had my high school diploma and was already in university. I earned my B.A. in Education, teaching and later a Master's in Global International Business — not to collect credentials, but to build infrastructure for impact. I've served as the General Director of a bilingual school with over 400 students in Colombia, written curricula for English Language programs, launched after-school clubs, and developed young leaders across continents. I've appeared on television networks in the USA and Latin America, received the Most Outstanding Woman of the Year" award in 1988, and authored two training manuals.   Today, I am a co-founder of Commissioned, and we have developed THE 864 DISCIPLE — a comprehensive digital discipleship training program collaborating with churches to establish a culture of holistic discipleship in every member. This isn't Sunday School theology.  This is Kingdom formation built for multiplication, to serve, evangelise, engage the city missionally because knowing without doing is religion, not discipleship. Every graduate walks away with more than information. They walk away activated, equipped, and deployed — ready to disciple others and awaken their city. I operate with urgency because the mandate is urgent. I hold high standards because excellence honours God and serves people.  My husband and I don't just teach transformation — we live it out loud.  Whether we're launching a business, navigating the ups and downs of marriage, mentoring emerging leaders, or consulting organisations, we believe in radical transparency and relentless encouragement.  I capture it all — the food, the people, the cities, the moments — through my lens, then bring it home to scrapbook the journey because life isn't just meant to be lived.  It's meant to be documented, celebrated, and shared. My name is Josiah, and I’m a co-founder of Commissioned and of The 864 Disciple. I grew up in Australia in a Christian home, but my faith became real when I started sharing it. From a young age, I was driven — I graduated from school early, became a qualified electrician at 19, and oversaw large projects. But even while building in the trades, I knew God was calling me to build something eternal. At 19, I moved to England and stepped into church leadership, serving as an Operations Director and working closely with university students and young adults. That season shaped me deeply. I saw how many believers loved Jesus but lacked discipleship, structure, and confidence in the authority God had given them. That’s why 864 exists. I’m passionate about seeing disciples made — not just converts, not just conference moments, but believers who understand Scripture, live holy, walk in authority, and strengthen their local churches. I care about churches flourishing, leaders being equipped, and young people realising they are not “too young” to carry responsibility in the Kingdom. Through Commissioned and 864, my focus is simple: build healthy disciples who build healthy churches. I travel, teach, and help establish schools because I believe the Church doesn’t grow through hype — it grows through discipleship, clarity, and obedience to Jesus.
